TERMS & CONDITIONS

 1) You must have attained the minimum age of 18 years (Completed) at the time of enrolling your Name,
     in case of minor person his / her guardian can apply on his / her behalf.

 2) “Aage Badho India” will be refered as ABI.
     “Aage Badho India” is brainchild / project of Shree Siddhivinayak Infomidia, Navi Mumbai.

 3) All details in the application must be filled in and any incomplete information will lead to rejection of the      membership form.

 4) Shree Siddhivinayak Infomidia Reserves its rights to reject membership, when it find that the dtails given by the      Applicant are not at par with the basic norms of the organization.

 5) Every Applicant Membership is valid till cancellation either by company or surrender of membership by members.

 6) Your personal information may also be used by us for time to time to keep you informed about or product
     services offers and upcoming events of those reputable organisations whose products or services are relevant
     to the telefriends, Hobbies and which we think you might find in interesting. Delivery of promotional gifts /
     offers / monthly / reports / mail will be against payments of actual courier or postal charges. In this case refusal      promotional gifts / offers / monthly / reports / mail, may leads to cancellation of memberdhip automatically.

 7) Member herby confirms that He / She has entered into this Agreement as an member & nothing in his Agreement      shall establish as employment, or any other labour relationship between the member and the Company, Nothing      shall establish the member position as a partner, producer, broker and /or representative of the company.

 8) When taking the company service, the member shall act as an only independent member acting in his / her      ownname, at his / her own responsibilityand for his/her account and the company shall not liable for the same.

 9) Member’s will not use the companys Trade name or Trade mark except in the advertisement provided to the      member by the company or on the written consent by the company. Member is however permitted to promote      the same through his/her personal contacts and word of mouth.

10) Shree Siddhivinayak Infomidia is not in any, minner responsible for any types of transaction or acts which the      members would do among them selves or with anyother person for the reason that the transaction or acts      occurred on account of ABI, Shree Siddhivinayak Infomidia

11) Shree Siddhivinayak Infomidia can not and does promise any particular monetary benefit for only participation in       this concept.

12) The company shall as and when required at its option and sole discretion amends the Rules, Regulation, Polocies      & procedured and Terms & condition of this member Relationship and shall notify amendments, deletion or      additions by updating in the Rule Bock and / or its website. It is the member’s responsibility to keep
     track ofthe same.

13) All Dispute are subject to Navi Mumbai jurisdiction. The company can terminate this relationship with member at      any time (without assigning any reasons to the Applicant for the same) if the company is of the opinion that      the Rules of conduct are not being followed and / or any anti-company activities are being carried out.

14) Shree Siddhivinayak Infomidia would not rent or sell your personal information to third party organisation.

15) ABI database is located on the computer. Which is connected to the internet with your contact information.
